Continental Precious Minerals Inc. Announces Change in Chairman

Continental Precious Minerals Inc. (TSX:CZQ) (the "Company", or "Continental") is pleased to announce the appointment of a new Chairperson of the Board. Dave Pryce, the heading of global government relations for D2L, assumes the position effective today. Mr. Pryce replaces Rana Vig, who relinquishes the Chairperson position, but will remain as CEO and a Director of the Company.
