Alphamin Announces Resignation of Chief Executive Officer
PORT LOUIS, MAURITIUS--(Marketwired - Aug 6, 2015) - Alphamin Resources Corp. (TSX VENTURE:AFM) ("Alphamin" or the "Company") announces that it has received and accepted the resignation of Mr. Bruce Curling, CEO and Executive Director of the Company. The resignation takes effect from 31 July 2015.
At this time, no determination has been made as to who will assume the permanent CEO's position. As an interim measure, the Board has created an oversight committee and subject to TSX approval, has appointed Mr. Boris Kamstra as Interim CEO. The oversight committee is represented by Messrs. Tom Borman, Charles Needham and Boris Kamstra.
Mr. Charles Needham, the Chairman of the Company stated, "We thank Bruce for his efforts with the Company and wish him the best. Boris is very familiar with the Bisie Tin Project and the Company given that he has been a member of the Technical Team. We are fortunate that he will be able to dedicate his time to the Project and will continue to move it forward. We will commence a process to identify a permanent CEO with immediate effect."
