MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwired - Aug 21, 2015) - SIRIOS (TSX VENTURE:SOI) announces, in agreement with the TSX Venture Exchange, that the two private placements with closings announced on June 30 and August 6 will continue until no later than 20 September 2015.
