VANCOUVER, Sept. 4, 2015 - As of September 4, 2015 Fire River Gold Corp. (the "Corporation") (NEX:FAU.H) (CUSIP 31811Q304) announces that the Corporation has not been successful in finding either a project or funding to provide for the ongoing operation of the Corporation and does not have the cash to continue operating. As such the Corporation is notifying shareholders that it is unlikely that the Corporation will be able to meet its 3rd quarter financial statement filing deadline of September 30, 2015.FIRE RIVER GOLD CORP.
