Strike Diamond Corp. Announces Commencement of Pikoo Airborne Survey

Vancouver, BC (FSCwire) - Strike Diamond Corporation (TSX VENTURE:SRK)("Strike Diamond" or “the Corporation”) is pleased to report that its inaugural airborne survey of selected portions of its Sask Craton project in the Pikoo diamond district is now underway.A total of 8,303 line kilometres were contracted with Goldak Airborne Surveys for an airborne survey that will be primarily performed over ground and areas that received till sampling work by Strike Diamond last fall. The survey is being performed at 50 metre line-spacing. A primary objective of the current survey is to define geophysical targets that may warrant down-ice till sampling, which in turn may ultimately generate drill targets for the purpose of kimberlite testing.
Concentration of the airborne surveys is focused on areas that are for reference south and north east of the Pikoo project held by North Arrow Minerals Inc. (“North Arrow”), including over Strike Diamond’s contiguous tenure.
