Results of General Meeting
Anglo Pacific Group PLC (the "Company") (LSE: APF, TSX: APY) is pleased to announce that at the General Meeting held earlier today, the resolution to effect a transfer of the Company's category of ordinary shares from a premium listing (commercial company) to a standard listing (shares) was duly passed. This resolution was passed as a special resolution.
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.2, a copy of the resolution will shortly be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism, and will be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
