Armor Minerals Inc.: Closes $500,000 Private Placement

Vancouver, October 7, 2015 – Armor Minerals Inc. (TSX-V: A) (“Armor” or “the Company”) announces that further to its press release of September 9, 2015 it has closed the non-brokered private placement of 5,000,000 units at a price of $0.10 per unit for gross proceeds of $500,000 (the “Private Placement”). Each unit consists of one common share and one common share purchase warrant. Each common share purchase warrant is exercisable into one common share of the Company at a price of $0.15 until October 7, 2020.The Private Placement was equally subscribed, directly or indirectly, by Robert Pirooz and Richard Warke, directors of the Company.There was no bonus, finder’s fee or commission paid in connection with the Private Placement.Proceeds from the Private Placement are expected to be used towards the joint venture with Jack’s Fork Exploration and for general working capital purposes.
As prescribed the by the TSX Venture Exchange and applicable securities laws, the securities (and all underlying securities) issued in the private placement are subject to a four month hold period expiring on February 8, 2016.
