PERTH, WESTERN AUSTRALIA--(Marketwired - Nov. 2, 2015) - The securities of Minemakers Ltd. (the "Company") (TSX:MAK) (ASX:MAK) will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday 4 November, 2015 or when the announcement is released to the market.

REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT - MINEMAKERS LIMITED

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Minemakers Ltd. ("Company") requests an immediate trading halt in its securities, pending an announcement regarding material capital raisings and a material transaction.

For the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 17.1, the Company provides the following information:

a) the trading halt is necessary, as otherwise trading in securities may take place in an uninformed market;

b) the Company requests that the trading halt end on the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 4 November 2015, or when the anticipated announcement referred to above is released to the market; and

c) the Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted, nor of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
