CALGARY, Nov. 4, 2015 - Gold Ridge Exploration Corporation (TSX VENTURE:GEA) ("Gold Ridge" or the "Corporation"), announces the resignation of Mr. Richard Boswell as Vice President and director and Mr. Edwin Tam as director of the Corporation effective November 3, 2015.
