(TSX VENTURE:GFK) (the "Corporation") announces the resignation of Alain Béland as Chief Executive Officer and Director of the Corporation. The Corporation wishes to thank Mr. Béland for his contribution to the Corporation over the last several months. The Board of Directors will be initiating a process to identify a new Chief Executive Officer as soon as possible.
