Intrepid Mines Limited: Extraordinary General Meeting-Results of Meeting

SYDNEY, Nov 19, 2015 - Intrepid Mines Ltd. (ASX:IAU) ("Intrepid", or the "Company"), advises that at the Extraordinary General Meeting ("Meeting") of shareholders held on Thursday 19 November 2015, pursuant to a requisition notice received under section 249D of the Corporations Act, all resolutions were passed by shareholders.Accordingly, Messrs Michael Oppenheimer, Derek Carter and Scott Lowe and Ms Nicole Bowman ceased to be directors of the Company with effect from the close of the Meeting, and Messrs Peter Love and Peter Evans were elected as directors of the Company. Mr Richard Baumfield remains as a director of the Company.
Results of the Meeting
Resolution 5 was withdrawn, as no new directors had been appointed. The results of the poll called by the Chairman of the Meeting were as follows:
