Orbit Garant Drilling Inc - Announces Changes to Board of Directors

Mr. Carmel, a mining engineer with more than 25 years of experience in industry and capital markets, was first elected to the Company's Board of Directors in 2014.

"I am honoured to be appointed as Chair of the Board of Directors of Orbit Garant," said Mr. Carmel.  "I look forward to continuing to work with the other members of the Board to ensure that Orbit Garant is the preferred choice for drilling services in the minerals industry."

Mr. Carmel replaces Mr. Stewart as Chair of the Board of Directors.  Mr. Stewart was a member of the Board of Directors since the Company's Initial Public Offering in 2008 and was appointed as Chair in 2010.
