Buffalo Coal Corp.: Commencement of Trading on the TSX Venture Exchange
TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Dec 14, 2015) - Buffalo Coal Corp. (TSX:BUF)(JSE:BUC) ("Buffalo" or "the Company") announced today that, further to its press releases dated May 21, 2015, September 10, 2015, November 11, 2015 and December 3, 2015, the common shares ("Common Shares") of the Company will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange (the "TSXV") effective as of the open of trading on December 18, 2015 under its existing stock symbol, "BUF". To ensure no interruption in trading, the Common Shares will be delisted from the Toronto Stock Exchange effective as of the close of trading on December 17, 2015.
The Common Shares continue to be listed and posted for trading on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange ("JSE"), however, as previously announced, the Company has made an application to the JSE to transfer its listing from the Main Board of the JSE to the Alternative Exchange ("AltX") in order to maintain its JSE listing as a secondary listing to the TSXV. This process remains subject to the approval of the JSE.
