SouthGobi Resources Announces Retirement of W. Gordon Lancaster as Director
HONG KONG, CHINA--(Marketwired - Dec 14, 2015) - SouthGobi Resources Ltd. (TSX:SGQ)(HKSE:1878) ("SouthGobi" or the "Company") today announces that Mr. Gordon Lancaster has retired as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the Compensation and Benefits Committee, and member of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee and Audit Committee of the Company in order to focus on his consulting business and family, effective on December 14, 2015.
