GMUI Initiates a Diversified Asset Acquisition Senior Living Facilities

LITHIA, December 22, 2015 - The company (OTC: GMUI) is pleased to announce that it has entered into an LOI to acquire the operations of Savannah Senior Lifestyle Living Resorts ("Savannah") The estimated value of this transaction is approximately $11.5 million. The acquisition of a tangible revenue producing asset is part of a new direction for the company and shareholders. GMUI is set to inherit the existing management of the operation along with many more benefits soon to be disclosed.
