Pinecrest Resources Ltd. Announces Stock Option Grant
VANCOUVER, Dec 22, 2015 - Pinecrest Resources Ltd. ("Pinecrest" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:PCR) has granted 2,850,000 stock options at a price of $0.10 per share for a period of five years to directors, officers, employees, and consultants of the Company. These options are subject to regulatory approval and are granted under the Company's stock option plan and include vesting provisions. About Pinecrest Resources Ltd.
