VANCOUVER, Jan. 20, 2016 /CNW/ - First Americas Gold Corporation (TSX-V:FAC) ("First Americas" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that its Common shares of the Company are now listed on the Frankfurt, Munich and Berlin Stock Exchange under the symbol "1A5" and German Securities Number (WKN) or "A2ACLV".

Mr. Jackson, CEO of the Company commented: "We feel it is important to all of our shareholders that we take steps to both improve liquidity and diversify our shareholder base.
