And the Surrender for Cancellation of Certain Incentive Stock OptionsVancouver - Strategic Metals Ltd. (TSX-V: SMD) (“Strategic”) announces that it has granted incentive stock options to directors, officers, employees and consultants, entitling them to purchase up to a total of 2,010,000 common shares at a price of $0.35 cents per share for a period of five years. The options will vest on a quarterly basis commencing three months from the date of grant.
Strategic has also accepted the surrender for cancellation of options held by certain directors, officers, employees and consultants in respect of a total of 2,560,000 shares exercisable at $0.80 per share.
