Acquisition of Shares of Chilean Metals Inc.
TORONTO, Feb. 26, 2016 /CNW/ - Each of Samuel Stern and Janice Stern (collectively, "Stern") announced today that they collectively own 3,295,383 common shares ("Common Shares") of Chilean Metals Inc. (CSE: CMX) representing approximately 13.1% of the outstanding Common Shares, on a partially diluted basis.
Samuel Stern holds 1,174,006 Common Shares and Janice Stern holds 2,121,377 Common Shares. Janice Stern is the spouse of Samuel Stern, who has trading authority and accordingly, they would be considered joint actors.
Stern acquired the Common Shares over the facilities of the Canadian Stock Exchange and/or private placements for investment purposes. Stern may, subject to market conditions and in accordance with applicable securities laws, make additional investments in or dispositions of securities of Chilean Metals Inc., including additional sales or purchases of Common Shares.
