(TSX VENTURE:HI) (the "Company") announces that it has filed its interim consolidated financial statements and management's discussion and analysis for the second quarter ended December 31, 2015 on SEDAR (www.sedar.com).The Company also announces that Mr. James Crombie has resigned as President and CEO of the Company. On behalf of the Company, Mr. David Fennell wishes to thank Mr. Crombie for his past services and wishes him well in his future projects. Mr. Fennell will serve as Interim President and CEO of the Company in addition to his role as executive chairman.
