Rusoro Appoints New Chief Financial Officer

VANCOUVER, March 1, 2016 /CNW/ - Rusoro Mining Ltd. (the "Company" or "Rusoro") (TSXV: RML) announces the appointment of Harpreet Dhaliwal as Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary of the Company. 

Ms. Dhaliwal is a Chartered Accountant with over 8 years' experience in the resource sector. She is Vice President of Fiore Management & Advisory Corp., a private financial advisory firm and also serves as Chief Financial Officer of several junior natural resource companies. Previously, she worked for both junior and international operating resource companies including Endeavour Mining Corporation and Uranium One Inc.

The Company would like to thank former Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary, Jeremy Crichton for his contributions to the Company over the past years and wish him well in his future endeavours.
