Brisbane, Australia - The Fertoz Ltd. (ASX:FTZ) directors present their report, together with the financial statements, on the consolidated entity consisting of Fertoz Ltd. and the entities it controlled for the half-year ended 31 December 2015.During the half-year the principal activities of the consolidated entity was the development of cash flow generating fertilizer businesses in North America and Australia which are focused on producing and supplying phosphate related products to the agricultural sector.
The Company's main efforts are on the development and commercialisation of its high-grade phosphate resources in North America, which can supply high-grade rock phosphate to organic farms and conventional farms that are seeking low-leaching phosphate products.
