Comstock Metals Ltd: Options Grant
VANCOUVER, March 21, 2016 - Comstock Metals Ltd. (TSX VENTURE: CSL) ("CSL" or the "Company") is pleased to announce certain officers and directors have been issued an aggregate of 5,650,000 options pursuant to the Company's option plan. Each option is exercisable into one common share at an exercise price of $0.05 at any time on or before the fifth anniversary of its issuance. 20% of the options vest on the grant date and thereafter 20% vest every six months. Douglas Turnbull, P.Geo., a Qualified Professional as defined by National Instrument 43-101 has reviewed and approved the scientific and technical disclosure in this press release.
