TORONTO, April 20, 2016 - Northern Sphere Mining Corp. (CSE: NSM) ("Northern Sphere" or the "Company") is pleased to provide the following corporate update on its joint venture with Trueclaim Exploration Inc. (TSXV: TRM) (the "Arizona Joint Venture").Northern Sphere is proceeding with the implementation of its production plan for the mine on the Arizona property located approximately 20 miles from Globe Arizona.
The Arizona Joint Venture has completed construction of its mill facility, including an assay facility and a smelting room. The mill laydown area has been completed and the pilot mill in place. Northern Sphere also has mining equipment on site and work is underway to muck out the portal and commence a detailed sampling program of the ore to determine processing protocol, grade control, and firm up the mining plan.
The Company is also pleased to announce it has brought in an experienced mining team with extensive underground background and first-hand experience in working on the Arizona property.
