Vancouver, May 25, 2016 - Intigold Mines Ltd. (IGD - TSX-V) announces that the private placement as stated by Stockwatch on May 20, 2016 was incorrect and should be read as follows:"The Company has closed $100,000 of the private placement previously announced on March 7, 2016. Subject to regulatory approval, the Company will issue 1,000,000 Units ("Units") at a price of $0.10 per Unit. Each Unit will consist of 1,000,000 common shares and 1,000,000 warrants, with each warrant entitling the holder thereof to purchase one additional share at a price of $0.15 for two years from the date of closing."
