IMX Resources and Graphex Mining Complete Agreement for Sale of Chilalo Graphex Listing Set For 14 June

West Perth - IMX Resources Limited (ASX: IXR) (‘IMX’ or the ‘Company’) is pleased to advise that the conditions precedent to the sale of the Chilalo Graphite Project (and other graphite tenements) to Graphex Mining Limited (‘Graphex’) have been satisfied.

As a result, the in-specie distribution of Graphex shares to IMX shareholders and the issue of Graphex shares to subscribers under the initial public offering can now take place. A timetable for the listing of Graphex is set out below, with a proposed date of 14 June 2016 for commencement of trading on the ASX. Graphex has been assigned the ASX code: GPX.
