Mawson West Limited: Announces Director Election Results

PERTH, Jun 13, 2016 - Mawson West Ltd. (TSX:MWE) ("Mawson" or the "Company") wishes to announce the director election results from the 2016 annual meeting of its shareholders held on May 31, 2016. Shareholders elected each of the nominees proposed by management as set forth in the information circular of the Company dated April 29, 2016. The results of the voting on the election of directors are set forth below.
