VANCOUVER, June 17, 2016 - Brixton Metals Corporation (TSX VENTURE: BBB) (the "Company" or "Brixton") is issuing this news release in response to a request by the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada to comment on recent trading activity. The Company has no undisclosed material change to report. As previously disclosed, Brixton Metals intends to close its over-subscribed private placement for aggregate gross proceeds of $2.3 million on or about June 21, 2016.
