Alcoa to Host Webcast on Form 10 Filing in Connection with Company’s Separation
Alcoa (NYSE:AA) will host a webcast on Wednesday, June 29, at 8:30 a.m. EDT to discuss the contents of the initial filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission of the Registration Statement on Form 10 expected at approximately 7 a.m. EDT that day. The filing of the Form 10 is an important milestone in the Company’s plan to separate into two independent, publicly-traded companies.

The separation is on track to be completed in the second half of 2016 subject to the Form 10 being declared effective, final approval from Alcoa’s Board of Directors and completed financing.
