Cerro Grande Mining Corporation Reports a Director Resignation

TORONTO, July 6, 2016 /CNW/ - Cerro Grande Mining Corp. (the "Company" or "CEG") (CSE:CEG) (OTCQB:CEGMF)  reported that effective July 5, 2016, Richard Lachcik resigned as a Director and Secretary of CEG.

The Board of Directors of CEG thank Mr. Lachcik for his years of service to the Company and wish him well in the future.

Mr. Lachcik's resignation will have no immediate effect on the Company's ongoing relationship with Norton Rose Fulbright Canada LLP, Toronto, Ontario, Canada, CEG's Corporate attorneys.
