July 15, 2016 - The board of Directors of Sultan Minerals Inc. (the "Company"), announces that the Company consolidated its common shares on the basis of one (1) new post-consolidation common share for every ten (10) pre-consolidation common shares effective as of July 18, 2016 (the "Effective Date"). Following the consolidation, the Company has a total of 13,477,202 shares issued and outstanding. As of the Effective Date, the Company also changed its name to Apex Resources Inc.The consolidated shares will trade under the symbol "APX" on the facilities of the TSX Venture Exchange on July 18, 2016.
