CALGARY, Jul 22, 2016 - Veraz Petroleum Ltd. ("Veraz" or the "Company") (NEX:VRZ.H) announced that it has issued 1,650,000 stock options to directors, officers, employees and consultants of the Company in accordance with the Company's shareholder approved stock option plan. The stock options are exercisable at a price of $0.07 per share, expire in five years and vest over a period of three years, with 1/3 of the Options vesting at the end of each year period following the date of grant.This press release shall not constitute an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy the securities in any jurisdiction.
