VANCOUVER, July 25, 2016 - HTI Ventures Corporation (TSXV –HTI.H) (the "Company") announces that further to the Company's news release dated July 20, 2016, the Company is pleased to announce that due to excess demand, the private placement has been increased to 100,000,000 shares at a price of $0.35 per share for gross proceeds of up to $35,000,000 (the "Offering"), subject to TSXV approval.
