VANCOUVER, Aug. 8, 2016 - HTI Ventures Corp. (TSXV–HTI.H) (the "Company") announces that the following directors were elected at Annual General and Special meeting of Shareholders (the "Meeting") of the company including, Neil Woodyer, Frank Giustra, General Wesley Clark, Jay Sujir, and Bernadette D'Silva.The Company further announces the appointment of Miguel Rodriguez to the Board of Directors, and Harpreet Dhaliwal as Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
The Company is in the process of continuing its jurisdiction of incorporation to BC, adopting new articles, and changing its name to Leagold Mining Corporation.
