CALGARY, Aug. 22, 2016 - Prize Mining Corporation (TSX VENTURE:PRZ.H) (the "Corporation" or "Prize") is pleased to announce that at its annual general and special meeting of shareholders, Feisal Somji, Tim Bergen, John Bergen and Bryson Goodwin were elected as directors for the upcoming year. In addition, the shareholders also approved consolidation of the Company's common shares on a ratio of up to 10 for one, re-approved the Company's stock option plan and re-appointed Davidson & Company LLP of Vancouver, B.C. as the Company's auditor.
