Vancouver, August 30, 2016 - Intigold Mines Ltd. (the "Company") announces that subject to regulatory approval, the Company has closed the private placement of 700,000 units at a price of $0.075 per unit for gross proceeds of $52,500 as previously announced on August 17, 2016. Each unit consists of one common share and one common share purchase warrant (a "Warrant"). Each Warrant entitles the holder to purchase one additional common share at a price of $0.10 per share for a period of 24 months from closing. The proceeds will be used for general working capital.In accordance with securities legislation currently in effect, the securities issued will be subject to a"hold period" of four months plus one day from the date of closing, expiring December 30, 2016.
