RICHMOND, BC, Oct. 19, 2016 /CNW/ - Mineral Hill Industries Ltd. ("Mineral Hill" or "Company") wishes to announce that, further to the news release dated October 11, 2016, Tremmel Wertpapierbank GmbH ("Tremmel Bank") in Germany was paid an advance of 15,000 for the first six months of fees for its services as market maker, advisor and sponsor to the Company on the stock market in Frankfurt, Germany. There are no further fees to be paid until the private placement closes successfully.
The Company will also announce very shortly the engagement of additional advisors in respect to public and investor relations for its listings on the North American stock market.
