Vancouver, October 26, 2016 - Lorraine Copper Corp. (the "Company") (TSX-V: LLC) has received subscriptions for a private placement, subject to regulatory approval, for the sale of 4,723,500 units at a price of $0.06 per unit (each unit comprising one common share and one warrant for the purchase of one additional common share at a price of $0.10 per share for a term of two years from the date of receipt of regulatory approval of the private placement). Gross proceeds of the offering will be $283,410.
The Company will pay a commission of 276,500 common shares on behalf of the placement.
The proceeds of the offering shall be applied to general working capital.
This offering is subject to approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
