Vancouver, December 5, 2016 - Tesoro Minerals Corp. (The "Company" or "Tesoro") (TSX-V: TES) is pleased to announce that the Company intends to complete a non-brokered private placement (the "Private Placement") to raise up to $350,000 through the issuance of up to 7,000,000 common shares at a price of $0.05 per common share (the "Offering").Tesoro plans to close the Private Placement on or before December 15, 2016. The proceeds of the Private Placement will be used principally for general working capital and operating expenses of the Company.
