Tantalus Rare Earths AG: CEO Thomas Hoyer resigned from the Management Board

Munich, 21 December 2016 - Thomas Hoyer, CEO of Tantalus Rare Earths AG, has asked the Supervisory Board on his own request to release him from his mandate on the Tantalus Rare Earths AG Management Board with immediate effect. The Supervisory Board acceded to his request and expressed sincere thanks to Thomas Hoyer for his successful work and valuable contribution for the Company. Member of the Management Board Markus Kivimäki (EVP) will undertake the tasks of Thomas Hoyer. The Management Board will in future consist of Markus Kivimäki (CEO) and Kalle Lethonen (CFO).
