HALIFAX, Jan. 3, 2017 - Northwest Arm Capital Inc. (the "Company") (TSXV: NWA) is pleased to announce, further to its news release of December 20, 2016, that it has received final regulatory approval for its name change from "Northwest Arm Capital Inc." to "Antler Gold Inc.". Effective January 4, 2017, the Company will trade on the TSX Venture Exchange under the new name "Antler Gold Inc.". The new trading symbol is "ANTL" and the new CUSIP is 03718X104. There is no consolidation of the Company's share capital.Neither TSX Venture Exchange nor its Regulation Services Provider (as that term is defined in policies of the TSX Venture Exchange) accepts responsibility for the adequacy or accuracy of this release.
