Forum Uranium Closes Second Tranche of Private Placement
VANCOUVER, BC / ACCESSWIRE / January 3, 2017 / Forum Uranium Corp. (TSXV: FDC) (OTC PINK: FDCFF) ("Forum" or the "Company") announces that it has closed the second tranche of its private placement previously announced on December 15, 2016. The Company has raised an additional $416,000 through the issuance of 5,000,000 flow through common shares at a price of $0.08 per flow through share and 200,000 units at a price of $0.08 per unit. Each unit consists of one common share and one share purchase warrant. Each warrant entitles the holder thereof to acquire one common share at a price of $0.12 for a period of two years expiring December 30, 2018. The Company issued 272,125 finder's warrants at a price of $0.08, exercisable until December 30, 2017, and paid $22,120 in cash commissions. All securities are subject to a four month hold period expiring May 1, 2017.
