Armor Announces Board Resignation

VANCOUVER, Jan. 6, 2017 /CNW/ - Armor Minerals Inc. (TSX-V: A) ("Armor" or the "Company") announces that Lenard Boggio has resigned from the Board of Directors in order to pursue other interests, effective immediately.

The Company thanks Mr. Boggio for his contribution over the past two years and wishes him the best in his future endeavours.
