Toronto, January 18, 2017 - Rosita Mining Corporation (TSX-V: RST) ("Rosita" or the "Company") announces that it has sought and received approval from the TSX Venture Exchange ("TSXV") to extend the closing date on the private placement (the "Private Placement") announced in its news release dated January 5, 2017.The Private Placement will now close on or before February 17, 2017 and is subject to the final approval of the TSXV. The Company is relying upon certain prospectus and registration exemptions.
