Knick Exploration Inc.: Acquisition of an Option to Purchase 10 Claims in the Val-D'or Area
Val d'Or, February 1, 2017 - Knick Exploration Inc. (TSXV: KNX) ("Knick") is pleased to announce that, following its press release of January 26, 2017, the TSX Venture Exchange has approved the transaction concerning the option to acquire a 100% interest in 10 claims covering approximately 579 hectares in the Val-d'Or area. Consequently, Knick has made a first payment of $5,000 to the prospector and issued to such prospector 100,000 common shares. To complete the exercise of the option, Knick will have to make additional cash payments and issuances of shares, as described in the press release of January 26, 2017.
