Vancouver - Ashburton Ventures Inc. (ABR-TSX:V) (ARB-FRANKFURT) (“Ashburton” or the "Company”) announces that, in connection with its previously announced financing (see PR’s dated January 30, 2017 and February 2, 2017), it is increasing the size of the financing due to strong demand. The Company has arranged the non-brokered private placement to consist of 12,000,000 units, up from 10,000,000 units, at a price of $0.10 per Unit for aggregate gross proceeds of $1,200,000 (the "Offering"). All other terms and conditions remain in place.
