Zonte Announces Filing a National Instrument 43-101 Report for the McConnells Jest Project, Yukon

HALIFAX, April 6, 2017 /CNW/ - Zonte Metals Inc. (TSXV-ZON) (the "Company" or "Zonte") is pleased to announce it has filed the initial National Instrument 43-101 Technical Report for the McConnells Jest Project. The report is available on www.sedar.com and will be posted on the Company's website shortly.

The Report titled "Geology, Mineralization, Geochemical Survey, and Environmental Survey on the McConnells Jest Intrusion-Related Gold Property", was completed by Andy Randell, P.Geo who is the qualified person as defined by NI 43-101 and is responsible for the preparation of the Report and the technical disclosures therein. The report was co-authored by Fraser Kirk and David Wilkie. The report is available on www.sedar.com and will be posted on the Company's website shortly.

Zonte is finalizing its upcoming exploration plan for the McConnells Jest which will include drilling. Once the plan is finalized the Company will provide an update.
