Indiana Resources Limited: Withdrawal of Requisition for General Meeting

West Perth - Indiana Resources Limited (ASX: IDA, “Indiana” or the “Company”) advises that BPM Capital Limited (“BPM”) has formally notified the Company that BPM has withdrawn its section 249D requisition notice for a general meeting (the “Meeting”), and its request that resolutions be put to the Company’s shareholders, for the removal of Mr Campbell Baird and Dr Derek Fisher as directors of Indiana and the appointment of Mr Brett Montgomery and Ms Heidi Brown as directors of Indiana.Mr Montgomery and Ms Brown have also withdrawn their consents to act as directors of Indiana.
As the Meeting was called under section 249D of the Corporations Act, the Meeting will still be held, however, in light of the withdrawal of the requisition notice, no resolutions will be put to shareholders and no voting will take place.
Indiana apologises to shareholders for any inconvenience caused by the late withdrawal of the requisition.
