Blackham Resources Ltd.: Management Restructure/Resignation of Director

Perth - Blackham Resources Ltd (ASX:BLK) (OTCMKTS:BKHRF) ("Blackham") wishes to advise details of a restructure to its Board and management intended to focus operating responsibilities for the Matilda/Wiluna Gold Operations and to drive operating improvements.

Mr Richard Boffey (Matilda General Manager) will now report directly to the Managing Director and will take full overall operating responsibility for the Matilda/Wiluna Gold Operations including the mine planning functions. Blackham is committed to a plan to strengthen its production and reserve profiles and enhance its operations team.

As part of the restructure Mr Alan Thom has resigned as a director of the Company and as Chief Operating Officer. Mr Thom will continue as an executive in the role of Expansion Study Manager reporting directly to the Managing Director and will focus on the Company's growth opportunities and its aim to expand its production to over 200,000ozpa.

Mr Thom has been a director of the Company since August 2008 and has made an invaluable contribution to the Company during that time, and the Board sincerely thanks him for all his efforts and hard work during his directorship.

The Board believes the restructure achieves a more streamlined, accountable management and reporting structure. Blackham currently intends to maintain a four person Board which it views as having an improved ratio of independents and non-executives to the one executive Managing Director.
