Toachi Mining Inc.: Announces Issuance of Options
Toronto, May 18, 2017 - Toachi Mining Inc. ("Toachi" or the "Company") (TSX-V: TIM) announces that the Board of Directors of the Company has approved the grant of 250,000 stock options (the "Options") to Mr. Eberhard "Ebe" Scherkus. Mr. Scherkus was appointed a director of the Company earlier this month.
